Lanvin offers a complimentary return service for items within 14 days of delivery, provided they remain in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. We strive to ensure your luxury shopping experience remains seamless from the moment of purchase to any necessary returns.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Access your order history through your Lanvin account or the guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original designer packaging and the shipping box, ensuring all security tags are attached and the return invoice is included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the pre-paid return shipping label provided with your original order to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous delivery labels are covered.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Schedule a complimentary courier collection or drop off your package at an authorized shipping point, then track your return through our portal until it reaches our atelier.
